We can’t wait for you to share your passion with us! BMS Group Classes and Ensembles give students the opportunity to learn in a supportive and collaborative group setting. From group piano to musical theater and rock band, there is a class for everyone!
Group Classes
Saturdays 9:00 - 9:45am Saturdays 10:00 - 11:00am
Group Piano (ages 5-9)
Saturdays 11:00 - 12:00pm Saturdays 12:00pm - 1:00pm
Saturdays 10:00 - 10:45am
Saturdays 11:00 - 12:00pm
Newsies Jr. (ages 8 - 16)
Wednesdays 4:30 - 6pm; Saturdays 11:00 - 1:30pm Classes begin Saturday 1/31/2026
Ensembles
Experience the thrill of playing in a group with regular performance opportunities through Brooklyn Music School's various ensemble options from Classical, to Rock, to Jazz!
Please note that all ensembles are a year-long commitment (Fall - Spring, and ensemble enrollment in ongoing throughout the year).
Private lesson students receive one 60 minute ensemble free of charge!

Classical Ensembles
We offer Youth Choir, String Orchestras, and Woodwind ensembles.
The BMS Rock Bands offer youth musicians the opportunity to participate in a collaborative, high-level, individualized rock band.
Rock Bands
The BMS Middle School and High School Jazz ensembles give students the opportunity to work with professional jazz musicians and explore the tradition of jazz.
Jazz Ensembles
