Arts Reaching Youth and Camps Director

The Arts Reaching Youth (ARY) Director is responsible for the development, management, and success of the Arts Reaching Youth after-school program for students grades K-5, including Winter and Spring Break Camps and Summer Camps. This includes creating class schedules, hiring faculty and staff, coordinating pick ups and dismissals, communicating with families, and monitoring staff performance throughout the program. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, a knowledge of best practices in arts administration and classroom management, and a high degree of arts education and experience.
