Samantha Mcloughlin

Samantha McLoughlin is originally from Edmonton, Alberta. She was born dancing. She took her first dance class at age three. Samantha trained at Decidedly Jazz Dance Works, completing the professional dance program. She danced professionally for Ballet Creole Dance Company in Toronto, Ontario. Samantha came to New York in 2011 to train at Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. Upon her graduation, she danced for companies like ARIM Dance, Mare Nostrum, and Shadow Box Theatre. She was also a performer for Rumbamena Dance Company. Samantha is currently on faculty at Mark Morris Dance Group and Peridance. She also runs her own classes SammyJDance which are in several schools in New York City. Samantha has been a choreographer for Tada! Youth Theatre, BarnArts Youth Theatre and JCC Manhattan.
