“I believe all children can dance as long as they have the confidence to try. Even though dance is physically active my teaching style includes verbal, visual and kinesthetic examples so kids of all different learning styles feel knowledgeable about confident about what they are doing.”
Kelley O’Malley began her dance training in Fishers, Indiana studying various styles of dance. She had the opportunity to perform at the Colt’s Half Time show, Kings Island and Walt Disney World. She continued her studies at the University of South Florida and studied abroad in Paris, France under the tutorage of Michael Foley. Kelley graduated in 2020 with her BFA in Modern dance and BA in Communication. She began working and choreographing for local studios her senior year and fell in love with teaching. After college she moved to NYC and completed Broadway Dance Center’s professional semester program and is now teaching at various schools around the New York area.
