St Felix Street Centennial Gala

Thursday, 10.25.18 | 6:00 pm - 10 pm

Honoring Grammy award winning Jazz artist: Arturo o’farrill

You are warmly invited to celebrate 100 year of the Brooklyn Music School being on St. Felix Street! Over the past century the school has grown from serving 250 students to over 8,000 at our historic location on St. Felix and throughout the New York City area through out outreach programming. Over the decades the Brooklyn Music School has maintained its distinctive approach to bringing the joy of music and performing arts to all ages, ethnic groups, and abilities and embracing the rich tapestry of musical traditions that make Brooklyn a musical melting pot of creativity.

Come spend the evening with us as we celebrate BMS’s rich history and contribute to the future legacy of the school. The funds raised in the event will go towards urgent repairs to the historic building and towards funding financial aid and merit based scholarships for deserving students.
