As a professional musician, Brian Adamczyk has performed alongside the likes of John Legend, The Who, Gladys Knight,The Temptations, Josh Groban and Idina Menzel to name a few. He has also performed at a variety of major venues throughout the east coast including Radio City Music Hall, The Kennedy Center, Beacon Theater and the Barclays Center. Brian has also spent close to 20 years as a devoted music educator, guest artist and clinician. Initially, Brian’s teaching career spanned across a wide variety of public, charter, private, Catholic and Quaker schools. Additionally, Brian founded his own private woodwind studio in 2003, which was responsible for producing some of the top state, regional and nationally ranked young musicians in the United States. From 2008 to 2018, he served as the Private Lesson Coordinator, Middle/Upper School Music teacher and Summer Programming Logistics Coordinator at the Germantown Friends School. He also has contributed various forms of curriculum and programming development in multiple establishments. Brian also spent over 15 years as an Adjunct teaching Artist within Temple University’s Music Prep Program, as well as Community Scholars Program. Most recently, Brian has served as an Education Program Coordinator at the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts. His efforts there have helped design and supply comprehensive music programming coupled with large-scale events to thousands of Title 1 students in and around Philadelphia.
