Brooklyn Music School believes that a healthy arts community contributes to the overall mental and physical well-being of the borough and fosters strong community connections.  Our intention is to make sure our actions and programming support our beliefs. Which is why we are proud to offer sound bath experiences every 3rd Sunday!

Third Sunday Sound Bath Series | 5:30pm - 7:00pm | through June 2024!

Immerse yourself in sound and meditation; emerge cleansed and renewed! BMS hosts a series of monthly evening sound baths. Participants experience the soothing sounds of resonant instruments and meditation to align your body and mind. These offerings bring a calming and mindful transition and are ideal way to end the weekend and to start a new week.

Lucia is a first-generation, Mexican American Brooklynite, who serves leaders and change-makers by harnessing the scientific and spiritual properties of sound, facilitating adaptive leadership practices, and human-centered design to help them heal through trauma, transform limiting beliefs, and receive mental clarity.

BYOB - bring your own blankets and water bottles! Please bring a blanket. We will have yoga mats prepared for you. If you'd like to bring your own mat as well, please do so!
